so today, Lessig was on @scifri to talk about the FCC ruling on jailbreaking your iphone. i have pretty mixed feelings about Lessig and not much of an opinion on anything to do with iphones, since i don’t have one; however, he did say something that really struck me.
he kept talking about how DMCA makes huge parts of life as an american teenager (or twenty-something, AHEM!) illegal....
